All Kobé locations require guests 2 years of age and older to wear face masks. Face masks may be removed once seated and safely distanced but should be worn when interacting with staff, moving around the restaurant and while exiting. 


Your safety is our priority so we have taken the following steps to ensure that we are complying with the CDC and local official’s recommendations for this phase of reopening:
All employees have been trained on enhanced safety and sanitation procedures that are based on the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association and CDC’s guidelines. This includes frequent and proper handwashing, sanitizing surfaces and equipment, and sufficient distancing.
  • We are conducting a health screening of each employee when they arrive to work to ensure a healthy staff everyday. This includes taking all employee’s temperatures.
  • Employees are required to wear masks or face shields.
  • Our Teppanyaki tables will be configured to ensure proper distancing. Smaller parties will sit at the same table but with distancing and plexiglass between each party. 
  • Dining tables and chairs are sanitized between each use.
  • Guests will be provided with a QR Code menu or disposable paper menus.
  • A Front-of-House Manager is dedicated to managing the capacity of the restaurant at all times and enforcing proper distancing of guests and employees
  • Hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes are offered to all guests upon arrival, when they are seated, and when they depart.
  • Non-touch system for payment using our handheld tablets. Guests can swipe their own credit cards to minimize contact.
