Your safety is our priority so we have taken the following steps to ensure that we are complying with the CDC and local official’s recommendations:
All employees have been trained on enhanced safety and sanitation procedures that are based on the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association and CDC’s guidelines. This includes frequent and proper handwashing, sanitizing surfaces and equipment, and sufficient distancing.
  • Employees are required to wear masks.
  • Our Teppanyaki tables will be configured to ensure proper distancing.
  • Plexiglass dividers are available upon request.
  • Guests will be provided with a QR Code menu.
  • A Front-of-House Manager is dedicated to managing the capacity of the restaurant at all times and enforcing proper distancing of guests and employees
  • Hand sanitizer is offered to all guests upon arrival, when they are seated, and when they depart.
  • Non-touch system for payment using our handheld tablets. Guests can swipe their own credit cards to minimize contact.
  • Kobe’s dining room is very well ventilated with our numerous hoods and hospital-grade AC filters.


Masks are strongly recommended for guests. We would be happy to provide you and your guests a mask per request.
