Kobe Japanese Steakhouse has been a success since the first location opened in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in 1978. We have now expanded into eleven locations throughout Florida.

Kobe specializes in Teppanyaki cooking where food is prepared and cooked on a hibachi table in front of customers. Sushi and regular dining are available serving other Japanese cuisines.

Our main objective is to create a Japanese atmosphere to give our customers a feeling of having traveled to Japan for a delicious and authentic Japanese meal.

Food Handler Booklet

Some New Hire Kobe Employees will require a Food Handler Certificate. Current Employees must renew every 3 years. Employees can process their payment for their Food Handler booklet here. The booklets are distributed by managers. Please contact your manager or HR before purchasing HR@kobesteakhouseusa.com
