Management Positions

GREAT MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
More than half of our managers are promoted from within. Whether you start in our front of house as a host or back of house as a sushi chef, we’ll help you develop your skills and advance your career.

Salary: Kobe’s salary structure is very competitive and highly regarded in the restaurant industry.

Bonuses: Managers/Assistant Managers/Head Chefs earn bonuses based on their home location’s monthly profitability and based on their performance.

Paid Vacation: Ten days of paid vacation per calendar year is provided to all Managers. The number of vacation days increases with seniority.

Life and AD&D Insurance: We offer eligible Management staff Life and AD&D Insurance at no cost. Life insurance will provide your family members or other beneficiaries with financial protection and security in the event of a death.

Employment GuideSome New Hire Kobe Employees will require a Food Handler Certificate. Current Employees must renew every 3 years.
