Chef Hirano’s friendly personality and expert cooking skills make him a customer favorite at Kobé! He is our longest tenured employee and has previously performed all front and back of house positions before finding his passion in teppanyaki cooking. His favorite part of a teppanyaki dining experience is telling fan favorite jokes. His dedication to Kobé over the past decades and culinary perfection drives him as a Master Chef and encourages him to pass along his knowledge to our chefs in training.
