Reward Details

Complete date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), name, zip code, phone number and email address are required. A maximum of four (4) guests are allowed to be registered per card. Present your Rewards card or Mobile App at any participating Kobe Japanese Steakhouse to redeem rewards. The value of the card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed. The loyalty program is intended to be ongoing but is subject to revisions or cancellation without notice. Use of the loyalty program constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Birthday Reward:

Registering for Kobe Rewards automatically enrolls you into the Kobe Birthday Reward Program. Birthday Rewards will be loaded onto the recipients Rewards account on the first day of the recipients birthday month, if member signs up prior to their birthday month, and will expire on the last day of the birthday month. Discounted and qualifying entree must be ordered from Kobe’s Teppanyaki regular menu. Excludes Bunch menu, Traditional & Sushi menus, Take-Out menu and Dinner for 2 menu. Reward not valid on certain holidays including New Year’s Eve/Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother/Father’s Day, Kobe Anniversary, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve Day. No exceptions or cash value. Dine in only. Must be able to provide proper ID with Rewards card or Mobile app to verify account holder. May be redeemed only once. Not valid after expiration date.

New members who sign up during their birthday month can receive a Birthday Reward. It takes up to 8 days to receive your birthday reward. Once loaded to account, it will expire in 30 days. The following year, the reward will load on the 1st of the member’s birthday month and will expire on the last day of the birthday month.

To redeem, member must be able to present their Rewards card or mobile app and verify with a valid Photo ID before ordering at any participating locations. In addition, member must present Rewards certificate that was sent to the email on file. If member opted out of emails, they will not receive this email and should provide Rewards card and ID. Limit one Kobe Rewards registration per person/family. Limit one birthday reward per person, per party and per calendar year. Kobe does not for any reason extend or change expiration dates on Birthday Rewards. Kobe is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement or administration of offer or “Kobe Rewards”, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. A Birthday Reward is good for recipient only and is non-transferable. Employees of Kobe and their immediate families (defined as parent, child, sibling and spouse) are NOT eligible to participate in offer; and may not register for Kobe Rewards. No group or organization requests will be accepted. Decisions of Kobe regarding offer (including eligibility, Reward redemption and interpretation of Terms and Conditions) and Kobe Rewards are final and binding; Kobe reserves the right to refuse to honor Birthday Rewards and require payment if Kobe determines in its sole discretion that participant is not in full compliance with Terms and Conditions. By participating in offer and/or registering for Kobe Rewards, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, shareholders and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in offer or Kobe Rewards, including but not limited to use or redemption of Rewards. Birthday Rewards are not valid on previous transactions.

Loyalty members without spend activity within 5 year may be suspended due to inactivity.

VIP Subscription:

Must be a Kobé Loyalty member and at least 18 years of age or older to register. Registration available online only. You may cancel at any time. If you do not cancel, your credit card will automatically be charged $10 for the monthly subscription and will be charged on a recurring monthly basis every thirty (30) days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. Subscription Appetizer limited to designated appetizer of the month. ID matching primary account holder required at check-in. VIP Subscription members can call customer service during office hours to request a private table at least 24-48 hours in advance. Based on availability and manager confirmation. 407-534-9286 M-F 9am-5pm. Subscription program registration and redemption available at participating Kobé Ichiban Japanese Steakhouses in Central and West Coast Florida. Excludes third party delivery and catering orders. One subscription per person. No cash back unless required by law. Not valid with any other coupon or offer. Offer may expire without notice due to error, fraud or other unforeseen circumstances. Subscription program can be discontinued at any time.

Kobe is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from submitting information online to receive Rewards, registration for Kobe Rewards, or lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in an offer and/or Kobe Rewards whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Kobe reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend this offer and/or Kobe Rewards should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the offer and/or Kobe Rewards. And, in such event, Kobe’s liability shall be limited to those Rewards distributed by Kobe prior to such action being taken by Kobe (provided that such Rewards are redeemed in full accordance with Terms and Conditions). Notice of such action by Kobe will be posted on Kobe reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual in offer and/or Kobe Rewards if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to fully comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Terms and Conditions.


This promotion can be canceled at any time.

Any dispute, claim or cause of action arising under this offer, Kobe Rewards or these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the federal or state courts of Florida, and such courts shall apply the internal, substantive law of Florida in adjudicating any such dispute/claim/cause of action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, you agree (a) to the jurisdiction of such courts; (b) to bring any action individually (NOT as part of a class action); (c) that in any such dispute/claim/cause of action, your recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), with any right to special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages and/or attorneys’ fees being waived.
